Some features of the Just Auto website may not function properly if you have Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection enabled. Follow this guide to add an exception to our website only and get back to browsing.

  1. Once you open the Firefox browser and visit our website, click the shield icon to the left of the address bar. The icon next to the lock.

We are using justcars.com.au as an example.

  2. Then, turn the 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' toggle off.

  3. Once that is done the page will automatically refresh and you are ready to start browsing our website again.

Important: This will only disable the Enhanced Tracking Protection to our site, so you may rest assured that your browser is still protected against threats.

And that's it! If you're still having difficulty browsing our website please feel free to contact our Customer Solutions team.
